Place: kunanyi / Mount Wellington (Meeting point TBC)
Time: 9:30am for a 10.00am start.
Travel time: Allow 20–40 minutes from Hobart GPO to mountain access points (e.g. The Springs or Fern Tree) via Pinnacle Road or Fern Tree. Roads are sealed but winding and weather-dependent.
About: kunanyi / Mount Wellington is home to an extraordinary diversity of invertebrates. This field trip focuses on invertebrate monitoring across forest and gully habitats. The Mount Wellington area is managed within the wider Wellington Park reserve system. More info: https://wellingtonpark.org.au/
